Job Summary

As an HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Recruiting and Training team members in the onboarding processes for new Agents.  This person will prepare and process all HR related documents and hiring requirements, and manage any other necessary onboarding tasks and deliverables.  The perfect candidate is someone who can work independently and is well organized, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure.   

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Organize and update recruiting/hiring/training data needed to process new Agent onboarding
  • Prepare/send/track new Agent onboarding documents
  • Enter new Agent data into HR database
  • Process and track all required Agent background checks
  • Set up new Agent emails and accounts; update email distribution lists
  • Develop procedures and policies to endure maximum productivity and efficiency regarding the hiring and onboarding processes
  • Act as the communication bridge/point person for all updates, follow-ups, and verifications required during the entire recruiting/hiring/training/onboarding process for new Agents
  • Provide support to the Manager, Operations and Administration and Recruiting team, as well as other management staff as required while exercising discretion due to access of highly confidential information
  • Maintain recruiting metrics
  • Act as a support to Office Administration Specialist


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated high-level of attention to detail
  • Ability to remain organized and maintain accuracy in an ever changing environment
  • Strong time management skills and proven ability to multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week at our AWL office - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
